Web Product Categories
Webtelligence product categories can be completely distinct from Adagio categories. An unlimited number of product subcategories may be used to simplify web store navigation. Webtelligence also supports a single product in multiple categories
Extended Item Information
Webtelligence includes the capability to add additional product information not available in Adagio. Information such as text, multiple images, graphics, links to PDF documents and to external sites can be linked to items.
Accounts Receivable
Adagio accounts receivable data is automatically synchronized with Webtelligence, including account customer specific settings. This includes location addresses, taxation settings, payment terms and ship to methods. Real time access can also be enabled.
Order Entry
With Webtelligence, orders received online are automatically read in to Adagio Order Entry and are managed in exactly the same manner as a keyed order. Re-keying is not required, and full Adagio order management workflow is maintained.
Shipping
Real time integration to UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service and Canada Post is included, along with shipping tracking number notification. Webtelligence also provides support for multiple ship-to locations and alternate shipping methods.
Reporting
Reporting is provided on web store use statistics, marketing statistics and banner ad statistics. Additional reporting is available through Google Analytics and Adagio.
Price Lists
Webtelligence replicates the price and tax logic of Adagio. Customers may be presented with retail price lists or they may log in to see price lists specific to them. Including support for sale prices, quantity price breaks, discounts and contract pricing. Prices can also be hidden.
Payment Options
Both on account and credit card payments are supported.
Accounts Payable
Adagio accounts payable data can be automatically synchronized with Webtelligence, including vendor specific settings and information. This includes purchase order history, item details, payment history and sales data. Real time access can also be enabled.
Inventory Control
Adagio inventory data is automatically synchronized with Webtelligence, including item numbers, descriptions, alt items, units of measure, and any optional fields that may be required. Real time access can also be enabled.
Advanced Searching
Several advanced search capabilities are included. Including the ability to search by SKU, item description, extended product information, and manufacturer. Search results can be sorted by price, item number, and product name.
