Paytelligence – Pay by check?
Are you waiting for checks in the mail?
Many clients and business partners in the Sage Accpac ERP community are becoming familiar with the credit card processing in Paytelligence ERP Payment Processing. However, Paytelligence does not do just credit cards. Paytelligence allows processing of electronic checks (ACH). Some of your customers may not want to pay by credit card, they’ve been your customer for some time, and prefer to pay by check.
“The check is in the mail…” you’ve heard that before. You don’t want to wait for checks. Let’s set up electronic checks in Paytelligence and you can have the funds in a few business days. Also you can eliminate all the trips to the bank to deposit the checks.
Electronic check payments can be applied directly to ARInvoices. You can receive payment for a single invoice or multiple invoices for a single customer. Is your AR team getting frustrated with collecting and processing manual checks? You can eliminate alot of the hassle of paper checks.
When you set up electronic checks (ACH) in Paytelligence, a separate AR Receipt Batch will be created, and when you receive the statement from your merchant account provider it will make your bank reconciliation so much easier.
This is one of the many features of the Paytelligence ERP Payment Processing for Sage Accpac ERP.
