- Designed custom Accounts Receivable interface to import billing information from Legacy billing system. This utility automatically creates entries in an ACCPAC Accounts Receivable batch for posting.
- Created "Rules Based" utility to automatically create entries into ACCPAC batches from external Legacy systems.
- The above 2 utilities has increased user efficiency by 85% and allows for much quicker results reporting with far less user input.
- Created Consolidated Reporting Company with automatic consolidation of transactions from subsidiary companies into Consolidated Reporting Company for internal management reporting. This included "on the fly" merging of data whilst "shifting" different year ends of individual companies to match a calendar year.
