Do you need a B2B Webstore with integration with your Sage Accpac ERP?

With Webtelligence, Accpac accounts receivable data is automatically synchronized, including account customer specific settings and information. This includes location addresses, taxation settings, payment terms and ship to methods.

Webtelligence mimics the price and tax logic of Accpac. In a B2B webstore, account customers can be provided log in credentials to see prices specific to them. This includes support for sale prices, quantity price breaks, discounts and contract pricing. Optionally, the webstore access can be locked down and only accessed with a valid login.

Both on account and credit card payments are supported. Credit card payments are fully integrated with Paytelligence, automating the entire process of accepting a web order with a credit card payment to creating a receipt entry in Accpac Accounts Receivable.

You need a webstore that has integration with your Sage Accpac ERP. With Webtelligence, orders received online are automatically read in to Accpac Order Entry and are managed in exactly the same manner as a keyed order. Re-keying is not required, and full Accpac order management is maintained.

The Shopping Cart for your Webstore

The Webtelligence shopping cart experience may be a little different from what you’re used to.  Customers can log into the webstore with a unique user account, which can be linked to their account in Sage Accpac ERP.

When they are logged into the website, they can add items to their shopping cart.  They close the webpage, navigate away from it or just walk away.  The next time they log in, their items are still in the shopping cart.  This is a very easy and helpful feature.  If this is a business to business site, there can be all sorts of distractions in the workplace.  If this is a business to consumer site, there can be all sorts of distractions at home.

The items stay in the shopping cart until removed or the customer proceeds to the checkout.

Campaigns and Promotions for your Webstore

Webtelligence now incorporates functionality to assist your business’ marketing and sales efforts. Not only does it support full Google Analytics (old and new) integration to monitor activity on your site, it also allows your business to set up campaigns and promotions to monitor and measure marketing results.

Promotion Rules

Each promotion can have up to three rules and could monitor item number, quantity (item and/or cart count), category, order value, carrier, ship-to country/state/city, price list or coupon code.

Promotion Results

The promotion result could be free shipping, free item(s) or order discount (amount or percentage) and discount amount can be reflected in the Accpac order as an order discount or negative miscellaneous charge.
